Key Experience required:
- 5 to 7 years of automotive software development and delivery experience
- 2+ years of experience in software project management roles
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading teams as a lead engineer
- Good knowledge of software development life cycle, agile methodologies
Technical experience required:
2+ years of programming experience in Python, Java, C++ or any other object-oriented programming language
Experience with building APIs and backend systems
Experience with system design and architecture
Experience with Cloud services (AWS, GCP)
Good knowledge of frontend libraries like HTML, CSS, React.js
Customer Focus:
Anticipates current and prospective customer needs based on interpretation of data regarding customer preference trends/patterns
Proactively builds new relationships with key customers and facilitates introductions to expand relationships among a broader network
Develops new and innovative solutions to meet current and future customer needs
